DESCRIPTION

Client: National Australia Bank- AKQA

Technical Direction & Programming: Scott Ashton

Date: Apr 2018

NAB wants to encourage kids to save. Real savings convert to in-game currency, which in turn can be used to furnish a (cardboard cutout) treehouse from a huge library of super cute items. The treehouse is visualised in augmented reality. Users are able to seamlessly drag and drop elements from a 2d space into the 3d, and drag around in AR.

C-Suite changes at NAB saw this project shelved despite very positive focus testing.
